The applied concept of research consisted in determination of company’s mission and aims ………………, as well as in specifying a developmental strategy. Closer and further environment of the business was closely observed. Another stage comprised of the SWOT analysis, embracing current situation of the company and a forecast regarding future.

After performing the SWOT analysis, there was a hypothetically perfect enterprise accepted as a point of reference, towards which a comparable analysis was conducted, pointing to strong and weak sides of the operated business, and determining opportunities and threats appearing in the branch.
