The applied concept of research consisted in determination of company’s mission and aims of Tischler carpentry shop, as well as in specifying a developmental strategy. The analysis was applied to current situation of the company as well as the prognosis regarding the future. There was a hypothetically perfect enterprise accepted as a point of reference, towards which a comparable analysis was conducted, pointing to strong and weak sides of the operated business, and determining opportunities and threats appearing in the branch.
